Our Objectives
Join us at Horizons 2008! Horizons provides an excellent forum for the Liquent User Community to exchange ideas, plans, strategies and experience within a unique and global setting.
Artist, Artisan are persons having superior skill or ability, or who are capable of producing superior work.
The dictionary defines the word ‘art’ as the principles or methods governing any craft or branch of learning. To become an artist, you must be well-trained in these principles and an expert in the related methods. In the case of the Life Sciences industry, our branch of learning – our art – is regulatory compliance.
Every day, we challenge ourselves to demonstrate our superior skills and abilities with one key question: how do we identify and implement business and technology solutions to produce cost savings and high return on investment, while mitigating risk and ensuring compliance?
The theme of Horizons 2008 is ‘Mastering the Art of Regulatory Compliance’ and our goal is to further enable you in your quest to refine your skills and knowledge in this arena. Painters, musicians, sculptors – all artists – are always looking to better their craft. As regulatory compliance experts (or artists), we look to do the same.
You will find that Horizons is an opportunity to learn more about Liquent’s products and platform and is also a key opportunity for our client community to gain insight into emerging regulatory trends from agency representatives as well as the opinions of their peers in a collaborative ‘open discussion’ environment. The conference agenda offers something for everyone—from enterprise strategies to practical techniques and solutions for everyday use. We expect this year's conference will be rich with opportunities to improve your skills.
